When I think of a party or good potluck I always think of the ooey gooey delicious Buffalo chicken dip. I love it so much that I tend to eat more than my fair share and end up eating a block worth of cream cheese without even realizing it. I know they say everything in moderation, but this girl has zero self control when it comes to buffalo chicken dip! A few years ago I set out to make a healthier and clean version of it that can be eaten cold on top of a salad or you can heat it up with cheese on top for the same kind of delicious flavor you are already accustomed to.
Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients
½ Cup Shredded/Chopped Chicken
3 tablespoons NonFat Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Tablespoon Hot Sauce
½ tsp Garlic Powder
Directions:
- Mix Yogurt w/ Hot Sauce & Garlic Powder
- Place chicken in yogurt mixture and mix thoroughly until completely covered
It doesn’t get much easier than that, does it? To make it a little more gooey I like to also add a tablespooon of cheese to the mix and top with cheese as well and heat it up in the microwave. It can be eaten with chips, crostini or just a spoon!
