Almond Encrusted Tilapia

Perfect for the lent season or any time you want fish that is more flavorful that just regular breaded fish.  The flavor in this is almost refreshing and although you can panfry it and then bake it, I prefer to just bake it and it still gets a nice crust but it just a little healthier.  Check it out and let me know what you think!
