Healthy Ranch Dip

clean super bowl food

I came from PA where ketchup went on everything ( eggs anyone?).  Where I live in Indiana now, however, Ranch is the ketchup of the Midwest.  Don’t get me wrong, I love ranch as much as the next person, but my stretchy pants do not so there in lies the problem.  The solution?  A healthy version of ranch that can be eaten by the cup full with little to no guilt – amazeballs!  This is just in time for the Super Bowl because, well here in the Midwest it may as well be a stand alone side.

½ tsp Garlic Powder
